Can I Exchange an Order?
Yes! Items can be exchanged for products available on hywig.com if you return your order to us within 7 calendar days of receipt and if you comply with the following conditions:
• Products must not have been opened or tampered with.
Hair extensions, weaves and wigs are hygienically sensitive products. If the product(s) has/have been removed from the packaging, or if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be able to be exchanged. We are committed to supplying products of the highest hygienic standards for all our clients.
• You must notify us before returning any items.
Please contact us at aftersales@hywig.com before returning any items and a consultant will contact you to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
• Products must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
How do I Exchange an Order?
• Please contact us at aftersales@hywig.com within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
• A consultant will contact you and provide you with the return address nearest to you and a recommended list of trusted delivery services.
• All products must be delivered back in their original packaging and must not have been removed from the packaging or tampered with in any way.
• We recommend using trusted delivery services to return your products as we are not responsible for lost returns.
• You are responsible for any delivery costs incurred.
• Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
• Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
How long will it take to get my new product?
We will send your new item once we receive the original one and have confirmed that the product and packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way. After this has been confirmed our standard Delivery Policy applies.
Can I Get a Refund for an Order?
Yes! Items can be refunded if you return your order to us within 7 calendar days of receipt and if you comply with the following conditions:
